Not getting enough deep sleep fitbit2/18/2024 I either miss evening activities or I pay for it with sleep deprivation. The challenge has always been on the other side…going to bed early. I’m a morning person so getting up this early isn’t a problem. Currently, my alarm is set at 3:54am, but I’m usually awake at least ten minutes before it goes off. Over the years, I’ve had different wake-up times ranging between 2:30am to 4:30am. ( Here’s a list of 29 helpful tips to improve your sleep) In fact, that’s the thing that interests people most about what I do…what time I wake up. That’s what happens when you do morning radio. If your smartwatch can measure blood oxygen saturation, you’ll see how this fluctuated over the course of the night too. You can also look back on your 30-day averages, as well as the common ranges for people who match your gender and age. You’ll then get a full chart showing what times you were in which stages of sleep, helping you spot particular spells of restlessness. On the app’s main screen, you can scroll down to see how much sleep you got overnight, together with a breakdown of the different stages-REM, light, and deep. Assuming you’ve already set up the device and connected it to your phone, all you’ll have to do is wear it when you turn in for the night-the wearable will automatically detect when you doze off and when you wake up. You won’t need to do much preparation to get your Fitbit to track your sleep. What to do before you sleep Fitbit gives you a sleep score each night. We’ll cover all of those features here, though the screens you’ll see at home may vary depending on your device and whether or not you’re a Premium subscriber.
